These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made via the online shop operating under the trade name Gripped.

By placing an order on our website, you unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions.

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the online sale of products offered by Gripped.

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are those displayed on the website at the time the user views them.

Photographs, descriptions and images are presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations (colour, texture) may occur depending on the screen used by the customer.

Gripped reserves the right to modify, withdraw or replace a product at any time.

ARTICLE 3 – PRICES

Prices are quoted in the currency displayed on the website at the time of ordering.

Prices are subject to change at any time. The price applied is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include:

- delivery charges

- any import duties

- customs charges

These charges remain the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDER

Any order placed on the website constitutes an offer to purchase.

The sale is considered final following:

- confirmation of payment

- sending of a confirmation email

Gripped reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:

- suspected fraud

- payment issues

- obvious pricing errors

- exceptional stock shortage

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

Transactions are secured via our payment service providers.

The customer warrants that they are fully authorised to use the chosen payment method.

ARTICLE 6 – DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

Processing times are generally 24 to 48 working hours.

Delivery times are estimated at 6 to 10 working days after dispatch.

These times are approximate and may vary depending on:

- the carrier

- the destination

- customs formalities

- circumstances beyond our control

Gripped cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable regulations (particularly within the European Union), the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason.

Products must be returned:

- unworn

- unused

- with tags

- in their original packaging

Return costs may be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.

ARTICLE 8 – RETURN POLICY

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Gripped operates a 30-day return policy from receipt of the parcel.

ARTICLE 9 – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR ORDER ERRORS

In the event of a defective or damaged product, or an order error, the customer must contact:

as soon as possible, enclosing:

- the order number

- clear photos of the product in question

- Following assessment, a suitable solution will be proposed (replacement, refund or other).

ARTICLE 10 – LIABILITY

Gripped shall not be held liable in the event of:

- incorrect use of the product

- normal wear and tear

- delays attributable to the carrier

In all cases, any liability is limited to the amount of the order.

ARTICLE 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the website (text, images, logo, design, visual identity) are the exclusive property of kontrol.

Any reproduction, exploitation or use without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 12 – PERSONAL DATA

Information collected during orders is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 13 – FORCE MAJEURE

The fulfilment of Gripped’s obligations may be suspended in the event of an unforeseeable event or one beyond our control (natural disaster, strike, logistical disruption, etc.).

ARTICLE 14 – AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gripped reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The applicable version is that in force on the date of the order.
